Quality Control:1.Before the production: Sales person pay high attention to learn customer’s technical demand and their end use, so that can work out the most suitable resource and technical standards based on China steel resource, then signed the technical details in Sales contract. 2. Among the production process: QC person follow’s the whole production process in mill to make sure all the melting, forging/rolling, heat-treatment and machining follow the Sales contract. 3. Before Shipment: Our QC person will 100% inspect the whole lot material before shipment to double assure the quality, we will keep customer aware of the true situation of each shipment before delivery time. 4. After-sales assurance: We will bear the loss without any hesitate if caused to our customer side once both side confirmed the quality problem was caused due to we have not meet the technical standards.
